Our Story
Both RMC and sister company R. A. Daddario builders are third generation, family owned and operated, organizations. Specializing in the development of condominium and single family homes, RMC, in conjunction with R.A. Daddario Builders, has created an outstanding reputation with the towns and customers we work with. Our experience in construction has aided in our effectiveness at managing rental and condominium homes. Conversely, our experience with the management of multifamily housing communities has influenced how we design our housing projects. We focus on strategies to build products that stand the test of time, have inherently reduced operating costs, and to create communities that look beautiful.
RMC’s development and construction experience is wide ranging. Our projects range in size from a dozen to several hundred units under construction at any given time.
Current projects
We have worked closely with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Connecticut Housing and Finance Authority, and the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development to secure funding to build a portfolio of affordable housing communities throughout New England. Our portfolio of developed affordable housing communities is a prime example of our ability to work with a wide range of organizations and the excellent results these partnerships can achieve.
