RMC’s staff is committed to providing quality rental housing to all residents. Our specialization is affordable housing and housing for senior citizens; however, we excel in the management of market rate housing as well. We pride ourselves in our ability to work closely with the Connecticut Housing and Finance Authority, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development.
